Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once preparation is complete, your package will be handed over to our courier partners.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Mayseen ships within the Philippines only.
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Manila: 1–3 days
• Luzon: 2–5 days
• Visayas / Mindanao: 3–7 days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, high-volume periods, or courier delays.
Tracking Your Package
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.
Delivery Conditions
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• If the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
• Re-delivery of returned packages may incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items appear to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The original outer packaging must be included

Please write this reference on the parcel for smooth processing.
For returns not related to defects or damage (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of preference), a 20% processing and hygiene fee will apply to maintain strict sanitary standards.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges for Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or malfunctioning, we will replace it with a new unit of the same item.
